Log in to BevooChat.
On the left menu, clicking on ‘Import Account’ will bring you to the page and you will be able to see the button named ‘Login with Facebook.’
Simply Clicking it will start importing your Facebook account and page.


Take note that the features will not be available on your page until you enable bot connection.

After importing your Facebook account and page, it will appear at the page list.

Comment growth tools
This feature will help you to set comment template, reply template of your comment automation campaign.

An auto comment template can contain multiple comments. Simply create a template by adding the comments you want for that template. Later these templates will be displayed when you create a new auto comment campaign.
Click on ‘Detail’ in Comment template

Click on ‘Create new template’.

Fill in the comment template name
Type in your auto comment reply.
You can ‘add more’ or ‘remove’ the comments as and when you like.
Click ‘Save’ once you are done.

- Reply Template
An auto reply template can contain multiple replies. Simply create a template by adding the replies you want for that template. Later these templates will be displayed when you create a new auto reply campaign.
Click on ‘Detail’ in Reply template

Click on ‘Create new template’.

There will be a few questions regarding your reply template, simply toggle to ‘Yes’ to suit your business needs.
Next, fill in the auto reply campaign name.
Edit the ‘Message for comment reply’ and ‘Message for private reply’ accordingly.
Click ‘Save’ once you are done.

- Automation Template
This page is divided into three parts. The left one is for your page lists, the middle one where you will find your bots, full page campaigns and reports of all the comment automation campaigns and the right one is for the lists of your latest posts.
Click on ‘Details’ in Automation Campaign

You can set ‘Auto Comment‘ and ‘Auto Reply’ by clicking on the post settings icon.

Messenger Bot
You will be able to set your messenger bot for multiple pages. The bot can reply with text, post back button, quick reply, image, video, template, carousel template.
Click on ‘Messenger Bot’, Bot settings and click ‘Actions’.

You will notice that there are few types of Messenger bot settings.

1. Bot Reply Settings
Bot reply based on keywords that you input at BevooChat settings. For example. When someone types “hi” , BevooChat bot will reply “Hello, how can we help you?”
Click on ‘Add bot reply’.

Fill in:
- Bot name
- Any keywords that will trigger the bot to give the customer an auto reply. I use ‘Hi’ for an example here. You can put in multiple keywords.
- Fill in the reply message.
- Click ‘Update’ once done.

2. Get Started Settings
Enable the get started button status and click ‘Save’

3. Action Button Settings
Under the action button settings, there are different types of settings. Here is how each setting works.

- Get-started template : respond when visitor click on get started button
- No match template : respond when system does not get any matching keyword to reply.
- Un-subscribe template : replies when visitor click unsubscribe button
- Re-subscribe template : replies when visitor click resubscribe button
- Email quick reply template : replies when visitor provides his/her email
- Phone quick reply template : replies when visitor provides his/her phone
- Birthday quick reply template : replies when visitor provides his/her birth date
- Chat with human template : replies when visitor wants to chat with human agent
- Chat with robot template : replies when visitor wants to chat with robot agent
Get Started Template
Reply 1 – Using one-time notification reply. Type in the title and OTN postback
Reply 2 – Using text. Choose to enable the texting on display and the reply timing. Fill in the reply message box.
Once done, click ‘Update’.

- Select reply type
- Provide reply message
- Submit

Persistent Menu Settings
Click on ‘Create persistent menu’.

Persistent menu only allows up to 3 buttons.
- Menu title
- Select Postback or URL
- Select Web URL
- Submit

Click on ‘Options’ and ‘Publish persistent menu’.

Messenger Broadcasting
There are two types of messenger broadcasting
- Subscriber Broadcast
a. Broadcast limit: no limit
b. Broadcast type: 24H Promo, Non-promo
- OTN Subscriber Broadcast
a. Broadcast limit: no limit
b. Broadcast type: 24H Promo, Non-promo

OTN Subscriber
Accumulating One-Time Notifications
While one-time notifications can only be used once (as the name might imply), you can accumulate multiple OTNs for a single subscriber. The catch is that each one must be requested separately. So if you have five different things you want to send a subscriber, they’ll need to agree to each one individually.
Important note: Be careful with sending too many OTN requests in a row for a single subscriber within a short period of time. Such messenger chat bot behavior is monitored by Facebook and considered to be an abuse of OTN. If Facebook algorithms detect abnormal amounts of OTN requests sent within a short period of time you’re at risk of losing access to the OTN feature.

Create OTN Campaign
Go to Broadcasting > OTN subscriber broadcast > campaign list
- Click on Create Campaign
- Create broadcast campaign

Subscriber Broadcast
24H Promo Message: Pages are permitted to send promotional message to subscribers, those has sent message to your page in last 24 hours. The 24-hour limit is refreshed each time a person responds to a business through one of the eligible actions listed in messenger conversation entry points.
Non-promo Message: You can send non-promo message as much as you want to all your subscribers using one of the tag listed here. Use broadcasting with message tag carefully. Message must not contain any advertisement or promotional material & use appropriate tag that is applicable for sending message to those people. Using message tag without proper reason may result in block your page’s messaging option by Facebook.
Create Subscriber Broadcast Campaign
- Go to Broadcasting > Subscriber Broadcast > Campaign list
- Create Campaign



Sequence Message Settings
Sequence messaging is a marketing strategy that sends, or “drips,” a pre-written set of messages to messenger bot subscribers over time. This feature can send 24H promo and non-promotional with tag message sequence to messenger bot subscribers.
24H promo campaign can be set at 30 min, 1 hour to 23 hours and non-promotional campaign can be set at day 1 to day 30.
Create Sequence Message
- Go to Bot settings > Sequence message settings > Add sequence
- Select sequence type
- Select messenger engagement retargeting
- Select sequence time
- Add new template





Messenger engagement
- Go to Messenger Bot > Messenger engagement > Send to messenger
- Create plugin



Social Posting (Facebook Poster)
Here you will find all the facebook poster related settings. This section is devided into four sub-section.

Text/link/image/video post:
Text Post: Enter post description & choose which pages to post to. Live preview is available on the right.

Click on Multimedia post > Text/image/link/video post

Link Post: Paste your link, type a description(Optional). Live preview is available on the right.

Type a message and paste a link. Bevoochat will grab the link details eg. preview image, title, description and show you how it will look on Facebook on the right side.

Carousel/Video Post
Carousel Post: Put a optional description and slider action link. Upload two or more carousel section. Each section consist of title, link, description and image. Choose which pages you want to post to.
You can enable auto private and comment reply, by simply choosing Auto Reply Template. You can schedule the campaign now or later. If you choose to schedule later then you have to enter time and timezone.

Video Slider Post: Upload 2 or more images and it will be posted as a video slider. You can choose image play duration and transition duration. Choose which pages you want to post to.
