With BevooChat’s social posting feature, users can choose to upload different types of social media content all in one place. You can choose to upload text, images, videos, links, CTA posts and so much more.
Step 1: To begin, click on the Import Facebook accounts button
In this example above, we’ve already imported 2 Facebook accounts.
Step 2: Once you have imported your account, you can now proceed with creating your very first content. Go back to Social Posting, then click Campaign List under Multimedia Post.
Step 3: You’ll be redirected to the Facebook campaign page. Here, you can create all common types of social media content such as texts, images, links and videos.
- Name – the campaign name
- Publisher – the name of the publisher of each post
- Post type – text, image, video or link
- Actions – allows you to visit, edit or delete your post
- Status – pending or completed
- Scheduled at – publish date
- Error Message – reason why a post went unpublished
Step 4: Click Create New Post
Under text, you can type in your Campaign Name and the caption of your content on the Message box. Under the Post to pages, you can choose the Facebook page you would want the content to be posted.
What’s great about this feature is that you will have an idea as to how your content will look like before you can publish it officially on your Facebook page.
What’s more, BevooChat allows you to repost the same content in the future, choose the time zone depending on your preference and select the time interval of each post as you see fit.
Make the Most of BevooChat’s Social Posting Feature
Click on your Profile name. Under the drop down menu, select Activities.
This Activity Calendar lets you see your brand’s entire social media campaign on a bigger perspective. It allows you to track your daily, weekly and monthly activities, helping you ensure that everything is running smoothly and as planned.
With this activity calendar, you can instantly check whether a specific post has been already published or is still pending for posting. You can also check the campaign name, content type and which page a certain post belongs to.
